| Take sample empty container duly tested for Leak test (*) and sealed by induction sealing method. |
| Put the sample container inside on the vacuum chamber. |
| Tighten the cover with the help of 4 nuts provided on test unit. |
| Turn on the vacuum line with valve lever. |
| Lock the vacuum release valve. |
| Switch on the vacuum pump. |
| Observe the vacuum gauge reading at which the seal opens. |
| Switch off the vacuum pump. |
| Turn off the vacuum line with valve lever. |
| Unlock the release valve. |
| Loosen the 4 nuts. |
| Remove the sample container. |
| Observe and record whether the sealing is intact. |
