- Vibration Tester
| Take a single, sealed container with material eg. [ oil, paint etc], or a carton of packed containers, as suitable, place it on the vibration table and secure the container with the help of fasteners / clamping arrangement mounted on the vibration table as per the size / shape of the container. |
| Switch on the vibrator from the Control Panel and wait for the vibration test to end automatically to the preset time of 15 minutes. |
| Observe if the container has leaked during the vibration test conducted. |
| This 15 minute vibration test will give the results for a container traveling a distance of 750 km. on a bumpy road. However, the test duration can be timed between 0 to 30 minutes with the help of the timer provided in the Control panel box. |
| Any size of container can be tested upto 30 LTRS capacity on this vibrator Test Bed. |
