| Take a sample empty container duly sealed and fitted with cap. |
| Put a sample container on bottom plate of the testing machine. |
| Bring the top plate of the testing machine down up to the top of the sample container. |
| Sdjust force as specified with the help of the regulator [for acceptance norms, refer chart]. |
| Turn on flow control valve on compressed air line. |
| Observe and record the distance traveled by the compression plate (this gives a corresponding deflection of the container by the applied force). |
| This test may be carried out for at least ½ Hr. |
| Check the sample container for any type of deformation resulted, and record them separately and correctly. |
| Turn off flow control valve. |
