Spanpak machines are intended to fill liquids in rigid packaging. The capacities range from 500ml to 5litres only by entering the quantity to be filled in the fascia of a PLC sans altering any major part used for filling in the machine. Supplementary to, the machine works with steep precision exhibiting up-to 0.1% in higher capacities. The machine productivity is furthermore 80% higher evaluated against any conventional machinery.

In addition to volumetric filling machines we have Servo Piston fillers for juices, Weigh metric fillers having Damp load cells for! 5kg Tins, Jars, Pails, Drummies etc. and Barrels fillers having lancing nozzles with customized automation.

Automatic / Semi automatic capping machines with pneumatic / magnetic torque setting device to get the desired torque is the U.S.P. of Spanpak cappers.
